回顾2009

各位朋友,

今天是2009年的最后一天。过了今晚午夜，将会是崭新的一年来临。通常在世界许多地方，人们都会在新的一年开始前，作一些 New Year Resolution, 也就是为新的一年设立新的目标.

旧的不去，新的不来。对我个人来说，2009年是充实的。不管在工作的领域，私人的发 展，和身边周围人的关系，都有得有失。然而细心回顾之下，我必须说我得到的，肯定多过我失去的。有时候，看似失去的东西，只要学会把它放下，把自己从当局 里抽出来，客观地细想，收获其实是更大的。人类许多压力和悲哀，都是因为我们无法放下已经不可挽回的事物过感情。只要学会向前展望，稳步向前，久而久之， 我们自然会远离我们之前留在路边的烦恼.

我常常说：” if there is a problem, solve it. If you can’t solve it, get over it.” 也就是说，“ 如果有问题烦恼，就第一时间把它解决。如果不能解决，那就把它放下。”回想一下，我该放下的，都已放下了。眼看远方，向前迈进.

在这里，恭祝大家2010年快乐。让我们为将来奋斗，互相勉励，一起加油吧!!

  2. 人要学会往前看，不论过往发生过什么难过失落的事情。。都丢掉。。哥，你该放下的，都已放下了。那么我该放下的，我放下了吗？。。扪心自问，答案是，在放下中。。这也算是个不错的答案吧。。

    对的,旧的不去,新的不来~说是这样说,可是每每大扫除的时候很多东西都不舍得丢掉…因为每样物品都有它的回忆,都是美好的~
    在新的一年里,HELEN也给自己定下了New Year Resolution,希望自己可以做得到,也做得最好!今晚就要COUNTDOWN了~~~也祝你新年进步,演艺事业更上一层楼!

    So happy to see you on TV for the countdown, hope every thing is fine with you. What course did you take? Higher Economics? Are you considering changing career?

    You said on radio that you want to spend more time with your family & friends this year, so are you cutting down on doing TV dramas? Are you into a relationship now? hehe. You haven’t tell us what type of girl are you looking for. hehe.

    Although, it is wise to say “what can’t be solved, get over it”, but it’s always easier said than done, so hope you did it or rather hope that you have solved them all.

    To me, there are some things just can’t get over, no matter how
    hard you try. You can live in denial but just can’t get over it.

    說得好！舊的不去，新的不來。

    人是感性動物。失去時難免會沮喪。曾經刻苦銘心的，說要放棄就放棄，是一件難事， 需要許許多多的努力和毅力。求的，不是忘記，而是改變觀點， 讓自己不再覺得痛，並且學會把過去當成教訓和美麗的回憶。

    就像鐵塔尼廣告的名言 “不在乎天長地久，只在乎曾經擁有”。

    下一次會更好。。。

    晚安～現在人還在公司 台北現在下著大雨… 最近天氣很不穩定
    連我心情也沒有好到哪裡…這就不多說了 不要壞了這裡的氣氛阿！

    首先…希望今年紅星大獎 你也可以再度吃個紅… 能否吃到大紅 大家就等待摟！
    今年挺特別 又再度到戶外舉辦紅星大獎
    當然除了 4/18這週日那場 特別為 幕後工程 所呈現的一場 頒獎典禮…一種鼓勵！
    4/25 相信在 聖淘沙 名勝世界 肯定熱鬧非凡…希望我也有機會去那走走
    今年又再度無法前去… 但我相信這會是一個很好很好的日子！
    因為這天 我會參與我二專的女同學 朋友的歸寧請客！
    這也會是我們這些 多年沒見的朋友再次聚首…變化肯定有些很大摟！
